We offer a paperless tax preparation process for those clients that prefer that way of working. The process to get started is easy. Ask our office to set up a Sharefile portal for you which you may use to upload documents to us securely. Fees are based on the complexity of the return and our estimated time for preparation. We are willing to quote an estimated cost of preparation in advance.
We will prepare the tax return, and If there are any suggestions, questions or information that is unclear, we will contact you as we work through the process. When the return has been completed, we upload the completed return to you fore-signing, along with an invoice that may be paid on-line. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards are accepted.
The expected timeline for preparing the return is 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the return.
Our office is open full-time year around. If there is a need for follow-up service (i.e., revised tax forms received, new information uncovered, I.R.S. notices) we are available to assist you with a resolution. If an adjustment is necessary due to an error or oversight in our office there is no charge for additional assistance.
